a trimmed, titled and labeled DVD within 48 hrs.
*ARCHIVAL WEBCASTING:
We'll encode the recording to Flash or WMV,
and upload it to a tempupload directory on our website within 24 hrs.
Your Webmaster can download it and insert it on your webpage
for OnDemand Retrieval.
*LIVE WEBCASTING:
We coordinate with your Webmaster for Live display on your website.
Alternately, we can display your Live Webcast on a customized Guest-Page
on MGA's website. Your Webmaster can place a link on your Web-Page,
targeting MGA's Guest-Page. In open access mode, your remote viewers
will click on your link and participation starts immediately.
*WEBINARS:
Coordinating with your Communications Director, and partnering
with GotoWebinar, we will manage the technicalities of an effective
and efficient Webinar, and ensure your Communications Director
is not encumbered with GeekSpeak. We will add no fees for this
coordination, and we will pass through our Sub's fees without loading.
For minimum cost, a Conference Loop
with the Telephone Provider is an economy option.
